Bowled over at Trent Bridge

And continuing the recent customer service theme, another prospect is bowled over by Irongate.

Mark is one of a team of internal account executives who manage a significant chunk of  Irongate's business between them and who are responsible for recruiting a small number of new customers.  Whilst Mark is expected to spend a certain amount of his time each day speaking to prospects, he doesn't have a new account target. This means  we only recruit new customers who have a real need for our product and services, resulting in high customer satisfaction and retention.   As Mark would say "quality".
