Irongate Customer Survey 2013




Working in an extremely competitive market means we’re always looking at ways to improve our levels of service and to do that, we need to find out what our customers think. We carry out an annual customer satisfaction survey, the latest of which was conducted in March this year. Thank you to everyone who took the time to give us their feedback. We were delighted with the results, which revealed that you think overall we are doing an excellent job with 97% saying our service met your expectations.

Results Highlights:
98% of our customers said that our willingness to help is very good or excellent.
97% of customers said that we understood the needs of their business.
97% of customers thought that we made them feel that their business was important to us.
97% of customers rated us very good or excellent at delivering on our promises.
98% of our customers rated our ability to meet deadlines as being very good or excellent.
97% of our customers said their orders were correct, arrived on time and in good condition.


The team that I always deal with go above and beyond to meet my requirements they are helpful, professional and always extremely cheerful.
